Masterclass

A masterclass on finance, specifically “How to Increase Business Value?”, was held for Sales Association members.

The masterclass covered the following topics:

• What factors influence business value;
• How to determine a company’s value;
• What strategy to choose when considering selling a company or seeking an investor;
• When to sell a business (Exit Strategy);
• What EBITDA is and what purpose it serves;
• What discounted value of money is.

Sales Association members had the opportunity to better assess the current state of their businesses and identify opportunities to increase their business value.
